Good morning, my friends. Today, as I started to write to you, I first let myself sit in gratitude for actually being inspired to write. Since turning in my book’s manuscript to my publisher about a year ago, I haven’t felt the genuine pull to begin writing again — until now. Until these posts for you here, tiptoeing into expressing through words again. I’d love to share with you a little behind-the-scenes about how I began to write my book and share some perspectives on my favorite topic — midlife!
