Freedom is one of my core values in this life. By this I mean that I aspire to be the most free version of myself, and the best definition of love I’ve come to is supporting others in being the most free versions of themselves. The word free comes from the German frei, which means “to love.” This is what I aim to do in my personal relationships and in my work as a coach, guide, and author.
