Happy 2025!

On January 1st, I sent an email with lots of ways to ring in the new year. One of my favorites for the past decade has been to make a year-ahead-spread, using tarot or oracle cards to show the imprint for each month and for the full year ahead. This was the scene at my house on New Year’s Eve, as my girlfriend and I did our own card pulls for the year ahead:

yes, jinx pulled her own card there on the hearth, too. 😻

Today, in just three hours, I’m leading a live virtual gathering to create a sacred space and walk you through pulling 2025 cards for yourself. No, it’s not rocket science, and, yes, you could fully do this yourself. But honestly, when do we make the time? I am hoping that having this event blocked out on your calendar inspires you to carve this hour out for yourself to focus on the year ahead, to receive intuitive messages, and to set intentions. Thank you to the paying prism subscribers who voted to have this event because I’m excited about sharing this particular practice.

I’ll be casually leading us through an opening of the ritual, a card pull, and hosting room for discussion and questions. I intentionally say β€œcasually” because I know very well what time of year it is, and I’m fully showing up in my sweatpants today. I’m off work this week, and I’m honoring my slowww pace of staycation mode. 🐌

all you need to bring is:

  1. Yourself, in your comfiest, come-as-you-are form. You can have your camera off, if that feels best for you.

  2. Your favorite deck of tarot cards or oracle cards

  3. Enough floor space or a large tabletop to lay out at least 13 cards

  4. A journal or piece of paper or a blank document in your computer to make notes on your cards

  5. Maybe a candle to light or anything to make your space feel sacred, special, and cozy

please do join us, if you’re inspired:

πŸ‘‰ Don’t forget to convert to your time zone.

there are a few ways to register to attend:

⭐️ If you can’t join us live but want to engage in this practice, you can register any of the ways below, and you’ll receive a recording of the event afterwards. It’ll be available for a week, so you can do it in your own time.
