When we do that, it gets louder and bigger. It can come out sideways. It can fester and make us sick. So let’s spend some time this weekend getting acquainted with the utterly human experience of grief, and befriending the part of us that needs to grieve. I promise you, processing grief is good for the heart, as the shadow side of the heart chakra relates to unresolved grief.
